NOVEMBER 2026

FX Junction Equity Portfolio — November 2026

Ten large-cap stocks across technology, financials, healthcare, industrials, consumer staples, and energy: a diversified, multi-sector mix.

Lead Commentary

Purpose of this proposal

After two single-theme editions, the November portfolio deliberately broadens out. It combines growth leaders (Microsoft, Alphabet), payments and banking (Visa, JPMorgan), healthcare (Eli Lilly, Johnson & Johnson), industrial cyclicals (Caterpillar), defensive consumer names (Costco, Procter & Gamble), and energy (ExxonMobil). All ten tickers are available on the WONDER instrument list.

Structured exclusively through individual equities without ETF involvement, the strategy assumes a baseline capital deployment of $55,000, consistent with prior editions.

This material is prepared solely for educational and illustrative purposes and does not constitute formal financial advice. Because price targets represent an indicative analyst consensus, investors should consult a licensed financial professional prior to making any investment decisions.

How risk is managed without ETFs

Without ETFs, exposure is spread across six sectors: technology and communication services (Microsoft, Alphabet), financials (JPMorgan Chase, Visa), healthcare (Eli Lilly, Johnson & Johnson), industrials (Caterpillar), consumer staples (Costco, Procter & Gamble), and energy (ExxonMobil). Growth and cyclical holdings are balanced by defensive, dividend-paying names.

The portfolio is not fully thematic and is still US-only and large-cap: all positions trade in US dollars and share exposure to the US market and the dollar. Two stocks are priced at a premium multiple (Eli Lilly, Costco), so expectations are high and disappointment can be punished.

Target prices = indicative analyst consensus estimates (~12 months); prices are latest closes available between 23 and 30 October 2026. Alphabet is listed as GOOG (Class C), the share class on the instrument list.

What investors did

Q3 2026 institutional 13F filings (positions as of 30 September) are due by mid-November, so the Q2 2026 filings remain the latest complete picture. In Q2, utilities were the most-bought sector (market value up $28.9 billion, +34.4%); the November portfolio is a deliberate step back from that crowded theme into a broader mix.

Note: 13F data lag quarter-end by about 45 days and describe past positioning only.

Key Points This Month

Why these stocks

  • Microsoft (MSFT): cloud (Azure) and AI software leader; the highest consensus upside among the mega-caps, with a 57-analyst average target near $633.

  • Alphabet (GOOG): search, YouTube, Google Cloud, and AI models; large cash generation, consensus target roughly 45% above the current price.

  • JPMorgan Chase (JPM): the largest US bank; consensus Buy, average target about $372 (+11%).

  • Visa (V): global payments network with high margins; consensus Strong Buy, average target about $427 (+6%).

  • Eli Lilly (LLY): obesity and diabetes drug leader with 2026 revenue forecast to grow around 40%; the average target is roughly in line with the price after a strong run.

  • Johnson & Johnson (JNJ): diversified, defensive healthcare with a rising dividend; average target about $279 (+5%).

  • Caterpillar (CAT): construction and mining machinery that also benefits from data-center and power-generation demand; widest target dispersion in the portfolio ($575 to $1,150).

  • Costco Wholesale (COST): membership-driven retailer with steady growth; consensus target about $1,068 (+6%).

  • Procter & Gamble (PG): household staples and a low-volatility dividend payer; average target about $173 (+8%).

  • ExxonMobil (XOM): integrated oil and gas major providing an energy and inflation hedge; consensus target about $179, slightly below the current price.

Themes This Month

What to keep in mind

  • Target prices are indicative analyst consensus (~12 months), not guarantees. Dispersion can be wide: Caterpillar's range alone spans $575 to $1,150, and several recent target changes were large.

  • For Eli Lilly and ExxonMobil the average target is at or below the current price, so those positions rely on fundamentals rather than analyst upside.

  • Invest gradually (e.g., in tranches over several months), not all at once; this reduces the risk of poor timing.

  • Prices moved sharply in recent weeks (e.g., Caterpillar and Eli Lilly); check live prices before acting.

  • Most of these names pay dividends: remember dividend taxation for US stocks (e.g., Form W-8BEN) alongside standard currency considerations.

  • Review the weights once a year and, if necessary, rebalance the portfolio back to its target allocation.
